Collection of Data

The collection of the data is done by self-declaration of the customer, and only fields collected are the ones which allows the customer to apply for the loan application, all information is collected with full customer consent and validated through an OTP process with the customer. In addition, the company keeps the data in a secured environment on data compliant servers in AWS, and the same could be made available for audits. The full audit trail and logs are maintained by the customer.

Revoke Consent

As a customer if you feel that we do not require the retention of your personal information or if you ask us to delete or remove your personal data where you think we do not have the right to process it we shall destroy or delete such Customer information. Finance Buddha stores your personal information only at servers located in India. FinanceBuddha may retain your information including personal information as the same may be required to provide you the services for the product that you have inquired or opted and for as long as it is required for the above purpose or mandated in our arrangements with our business partners.
